Overview

TradeCopilot is being built to help users organize market research, notes, watchlists, and trading workflows. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it may be used, and how users can contact us.

Waitlist Information

If you join the TradeCopilot waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, email address, submission time, and basic technical information such as browser user agent. We use this information to send launch updates and manage early access.

Information We May Collect After Launch

• Information you voluntarily enter into the extension, such as notes, watchlist symbols, journal entries, and research prompts.
• Basic technical information needed to operate the extension, such as browser type, extension version, and error logs.
• Account or contact information only if you choose to create an account, join a waitlist, or contact support.

How We Use Information

Information is used to provide product updates, operate the extension’s features, improve product reliability, respond to support requests, and maintain security. TradeCopilot does not sell user data.

Financial Information

TradeCopilot is a research and education tool. It does not need brokerage credentials to function unless a future feature explicitly asks for them. Do not enter brokerage passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or other sensitive credentials into TradeCopilot.

Data Storage

Waitlist submissions may be stored in a private file or private repository controlled by TradeCopilot. Access should be limited to people responsible for operating the waitlist and product launch.

Chrome Extension Permissions

The extension should request only the permissions required for visible user-facing features. Any Chrome Web Store listing should accurately disclose permissions, data collection, and data usage.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate hosting, analytics, customer support, security, or similar infrastructure.
